Tony built Shepherd's Gate Security on the same standard he held to throughout a career in public safety command: preparation, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the people under his protection. He served as a Police Sergeant with the San Bernardino Police Department, later moving into school policing, background investigations, and ultimately Chief of Public Safety and Director of Emergency Management at the University of Redlands, leading campus safety operations, emergency preparedness planning, and crisis response.
That experience, spanning patrol supervision, Internal Affairs, incident command, and institutional emergency management, now shapes how every Shepherd's Gate engagement is planned and led. He holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.
